Responsible Parenthood Program Gets A Boost

THE implementation of more programs that would advocate Responsible Parenthood and Natural Family Planning is expected to take off soon.

This, after the  City Council has authorized Mayor Constantino Jaraula to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Xavier Science Foundation, represented by Director Roel Ravanera, governing the Responsible Parenting and All- Natural Family Planning Program (RP/NFP) under certain terms and conditions.Meanwhile, legislators also earmarked P500,000 to cover the cost for the Responsible Parenting-Natural Family Planning program of the  City Health Department.Councilor Dante Pajo, chair of the City Council committee on health and social services, moved for the approval of the said legislation.
