2010-01-05Church Goers, City Hall Clients To Have More Parking Spaces

In a press statement, the vice mayor said the old tennis court located near the St. Augustine Cathedral will be converted into a multi-level pay parking area.“Kini nga proyekto gituyo aron adunay igong maparkingan ang atong mga igsoon nga mosimba sa simbahan ni Sr. San Agustin ug usab moduaw sa lain-laing buhatan sa City Hall alang sa ilang transaction,” he explained.It may be recalled that during its last regular session presided over by Councilor Ian Mark Nacaya, the City Council enacted an ordinance converting and designating it as a pay parking area and authorizing its lease to any interested investor.
