Fuentes/city Information OfficeThe Office of the City General Services hereby announces that on January 29, 2010, the said office will sell at public auction thru sealed proposal for each “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis and will be received at the City Mayor’s Office Conference Room not later than 2:00 p.m. and then publicly open to determine the highest bidder of unserviceable equipments of the City Government, to wit:
QUANTITY – 1 LOT DESCRIPTION – VARIOUS UNSERVICEABLE EQUIPMENT (LIGHT AND HEAVY, OFFICE EQUIPMENT BID PRICE – P1,550,288.00 (For Negotiation). Each bid must be accompanied by a proposal with bidder’s bond, cash or Manager’s Check, equivalent to 10% of the total bid. Further information about this notice of sale can be obtained at the Office of General Services, City Hall Ground Floor, Cagayan de Oro City. The City deserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any formal defects in the bid and award the same to the bidder whose bid is evaluated to be most advantageous to the City Government (SIGNED) ZAIDA Z.
