INVESTMENT INCENTIVES ORDINANCE
INCENTIVES – In addition to the Investment Incentives
provided by law and by the Local Government Code,
a registered investor qualified under this Ordinance shall
enjoy the following fiscal incentives:
1). Exemption from local license, fees, dues. Within three (3) years from the date the business starts operation, a registered investor under this Ordinance shall be fully exempt from the :
a) Mayor’s permit fee
b) Business Manager’s fee
c) Oath fee
d) Building Permit fee
e) Other kinds of local licenses, fees, dues, imposed except regulatory fees such as:

- Garbage Fee |
| - Tax on Billboard |
- Tax on Weight & Measures |
| - Sanitary Permit fee |
- Fire Inspection Fee |
| - Tax on Delivery Van |

2). Exemption in Business Tax from Gross Sales/Receipts. For a period of not more that six (6) years starting from the date of approval of their application, registered investors shall be entitled to the following reductions/exemptions in business tax from the gross sales or receipts earned or realized during the preceding calendar year.

3) Exemption from Real Property Tax. The following real properties, equipment or devices are exempted:
a) Commercial buildings and /or improvements and including portion of the lot where said commercial building and/or improvement are found provided that the subject lot is owned by the applicant or having legal interest therein;
b) Equipment or devices or other investments for pollution control and environmental protection and fire protection equipment;
c) Lands classified whether commercial or residential used exclusively for parking purposes; Provided, That no commercial activity shall be conducted within the premises and that all available parking spaces shall be open to the general public;
d) Lots actually used as road lot; Provided, That the same shall be open to the general public |
