The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG-10) has recognized the City Government of Cagayan de Oro through the City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC) as a Highly-Functional ADAC during the 2024 Regional Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) Performance Audit Awards on Thursday, January 8 at a local hotel here.

 

City Administrator Atty. Roy Hilario Raagas, who represented Mayor Klarex Uy, together with Dr. Rhyselle Bernadette Descallar, Head of Oro Wellness Center, and DILG City Director Edward Bhagwani personally received the award from DILG 1O OIC regional director Yvette Tolentino Sunga.
