March 9, 2026 | ​Acting on a complaint lodged by a concerned citizen through the 8888 hotline, a joint team from the Cagayan de Oro Regulatory Compliance Board (RCB), the Business Permits and Licensing Division (BPLD), and a barangay representative immediately inspected an establishment accused of serving liquor without a valid bar permit.

 

​Upon inspection, the team verified the complaint and promptly advised the owner to cease bar operations while the issue is being resolved.
