THE 21st City Council voiced their support to Miss Cagayan de Oro 2025 pageant winner Gwyneth Jemimah Chan who will represent the city in the 2026 Binibing Pilipinas pageant in Manila during their regular Monday (Apr. 27) afternoon session.

 

Chan, a resident of Barangay Lapasan, sought public support for her bid and in response the 21st City Council lent their support to her. She made a similar appeal during her presentation earlier in the Monday flag raising program hosted by the council and the vice mayor’s office.

 

The council stated that they believe that Chan nwill bring pride to Cagayan de Oro City as she represents the City of Golden Friendship in the national pageant scene. (MDS/CIO/Photos by: Kim Zaldivar/CIO)
