With Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy led City Hall employees in rolling out his administration’s ‘People’s Day’ community outreach program in Barangay Bulua on Monday, May 25 at Bulua Central School, Cagayan de Oro City.
The ‘People’s Day’ program functions as a convenient service hub, providing Kagay-anons with direct access to essential city services.
Services included in ‘People’s Day’ are free medical assistance, medications, wheelchairs, and complimentary servings of arroz caldo.
Also offered are on-site assistance for scholarship inquiries, employment applications, delayed birth registrations, and business permit renewals.
Free lollipops for children and 5-kilogram sacks of rice for families, were also personally donated by the Mayor’s family.
‘People’s Day’ is an ongoing community program scheduled between the second and fourth Mondays of every month, taking place immediately after the barangay flag-raising ceremony.
