THE new Regional Director of the Police Regional Office 10 (PRO-10), PBGen. Nestor Babagay Jr., paid a courtesy visit to Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy on Tuesday morning, September 1, at the City Mayor’s Office.

 

During the meeting, Babagay and Mayor Klarex discussed ways to strengthen coordination and cooperation between the local government and the Philippine National Police (PNP), particularly in maintaining peace and order, enhancing public safety, and addressing criminality.
