Mayor Rolando "Klarex" Uy graced the toolkit distribution activity of Toyota Cagayan de Oro on Thursday, October 20, 2022, as he expressed his support to the 20 Automotive Servicing NCI scholars who recently finished their TESDA course.

Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Misamis Oriental Director Marigold Cherie Garrido advised the 20 scholars not to sell their toolkits as these will be handy in their line work.

 

This was echoed by Mayor Klarex during his speech, saying that the toolkit will be useful when they decide to open up their own automotive servicing business.

 

"Kung gusto mo moasenso sa inyong kinabuhi, ang mga butang, labina kung gihatag, ampingi ninyo. Tagai og dako’g importansiya ang mga butang nga gihatag, nga nadawat ninyo kung gusto mo nga maayo ang inyong kaugmaon," Mayor Klarex said.

 

Toyota Cagayan de Oro Executive Vice President Peter Lim Lo Suy, for his part, expressed his gratitude to Mayor Klarex for attending the toolkit distribution activity despite his busy schedule.

 

"Swerte kay ta nga naa tay mayor nga para sa katawhan nga nagaserbisyo. Nahibalo sad ko nga isa ka semana duha ka adlaw open ang iyang opisina para lang modawat sa mga katawhan kon unsay iyang matabang," Lo Suy said.
