The City Government of Cagayan de Oro under the administration of Mayor Rolando `Klarex' Uy recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development (DHSUD), represented by Regional Director Ariel Abragan, for the implementation of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP).
The activity was witnessed by EnP Rey Niog, Officer-in-Charge of the Environmental Land Use and Urban Planning Division (ELUUPD), EnP Ramir Balquin, Officer-in-Charge of the City Planning and Development Office (CPDO), along with DHSUD, City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), and CPDP personnel.
