The Office of the Human Resource Management Officer of Cagayan de Oro City Hall kicked off its “Employee of the week” awards program in simple rites on Monday afternoon (Oct. 14) at the City Tourism Hall.

 

The ‘Employee of the Week’ initiative is part of the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) spearheaded by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) which aims to motivate and reward employees who demonstrate exemplary performance in their respective roles.

 

The awarding ceremony is known to be a significant part of City Hall’s ongoing efforts to boost employee morale and encourage continued excellence in public service.

 

Present at the event were the awardees with their department managers, City Administrator Atty. Roy Hilario Raagas who represented Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy and personnel of the Office of the Human Resource Management Officer headed by their chief Xsyclyn Faith ‘Kansai’ Lumbatan among others.
