Congratulations to the City of Cagayan de Oro under the administration of City Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy for being recognized by the Galing Pook Foundation as a ‘GOVERNANCE HUB’.

 

The recognition is part of USAID’s Cities for Enhanced Governance and Engagement (CHANGE) project that aims to achieve more responsive, participatory and collaborative local governance through ‘hubs-and-spokes’ approach among select surrounding municipalities by building on the gains of Cagayan de Oro City as a CHANGE pilot city.
