Mayor Klarex Uy welcomes freshmen and second-year city scholars to the City Hall abode.

 

Freshmen and second-year city scholars, including those enrolled in medical and law schools, are currently receiving their two-month allowance for November and December at the city hall quadrangle.

A total of 5,224 scholars are expected to receive their allowances.
