KAGAY-ANON boxing champ Arnel Lofranco was honored by Cagayan de Oro City Hall under Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy’s administration during Monday’s (March 3) flag raising program hosted by the City College of Cagayan de Oro.

 

In a message, City Sports Development Office chief Alby Cris Waga cited Lofranco’s recent victories as Asia Minimum Weight Champion in both the Mindanao Boxing Association (MBA) and the World Boxing Association (WBA).

 

Lofranco continues to bring pride to Cagayan de Oro as a member of the Philippine boxing team which sees action in various international competitions. Waga also conveyed Mayor Klarex’s full support to Lofranco and other Kagay-anon athletes that compete in national and international events. (MDS/CIO)
