Representatives of American real estate services and investments firm Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis (CBRE) Group, Inc., visited Cagayan de Oro City Hall Tuesday morning (July 15).
City Administrator Atty. Roy Hilario Raagas along with Oro-Trade and Investment Promotions Center (TIPC) headed by Oro-TIPC Chief John Asuncion and Oro-TIPC Assistant Department Manager Raelita Legaspi personally welcomed the team.
During their courtesy call, the firm expressed its interest in exploring potential collaborations with the city for future real estate developments.
CBRE is known for regularly hosting market briefings, providing updates on the real estate market with office supply and vacancy, biggest signups, rental rates, as well as best-performing developments and locations in Metro Manila and the provinces.
