Ang maong kalihokan inisyatiba sa usa ka private organization alang sa mga visually impaired nga gitawag og “Resources for the Blind, Inc.” ug hugot nga gisuportahan sa Job Placement Bureau - Public Employment Service Office (JPB-PESO), Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office, City Social Welfare and Development (CSWD) Department - PWD Section, Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) - X ug DICT-X.
