Juliane Mahogany Cobayan, a resident of Sitio Guilang-guilang, Barangay Tagpangi, Cagayan de Oro City, received one sack of rice, school supplies and cash assistance for being chosen as the ‘100 Millionth Symbolic Baby’ in the country.

 

Cabayan celebrates her 11th birthday next Sunday (July 27). Her birth in 2014 marked a milestone in the country’s population as it reached the 100 million mark.

 

Cabayan received her advance birthday gifts from a team of the Community Improvement Division (CID) headed by its acting department manager Honorio G. Diputado who visited her home in Tagpangi./LRM with photo from CAPOO Facebook page
