Top officials of the regional Civil Service Commission (CSC-10) office, led by Regional Director Noemi Rabe Torres, paid a courtesy visit to Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy on Wednesday (July 23) at the City Mayor’s Office.
