THE City Agricultural Productivity Operations Office (CAPOO) joined the launching of SM Foundation’s Kabalikat sa Kabuhayan (KSK) Farming Program for about 100 beneficiaries of the national government’s Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) last August 8 at SM CDO Downtown Premier.
The program offered agricultural training to 100 4Ps beneficiaries across four demo sites in Barangays Bayanga, Lumbia, and Pagalungan. On hand to lend City Hall’s support for the program was CAPOO representative Jan Michael Flores.
The KSK Farming Program conducted in partnership with national agencies like the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) is geared towards teaching sustainable farming practices to 4Ps beneficiaries for their productivity and livelihood. (LRM/CIO photos from CAPOO)
