OFFICIALS of the Oro Integrated Cooperative (OIC) led by their Vice Chairman\ Emmanuel Cabarles and the OIC Board of Directors received a plaque of recognition for joining the recent the Fluvial Parade held in last month’s Higalaay Festival.
