More than 150 mangrove seedlings and propagules were planted by City Hall employees on the coastline of Barangay Bonbon, Cagayan de Oro City as part of the calendar of activities to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the Philippine Civil Service Commission.
City Hall under Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy’s leadership joined the national observance of the CSC anniversary which for this year carries the theme ‘Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan’ (Every Employee, Hero of Service: Heart, Dignity, and Excellence for the Nation).’/Text and photos by Reynan Baylin
