TO sustain and enhance their efforts to better serve the public, the City Information Office (CIO) under Acting City Information Officer Jade Adeser’s leadership conducted a Strategic Planning and Performance Review in partnership with the Office of the Human Resource Management Officer (HRMO) on Sept. 8–9, 2025 at South Villa Resort, Iponan, this city.

 

During the two-day activity, HRMO facilitated activities that allowed CIO personnel to evaluate their performance, identify strengths and challenges, and develop recommendations to further improve their services.
