PHOTOS of the second in a three-part lecture series on patient safety that was held at the city-owned JR Borja General Hospital (JRBGH) Patient Safety Office on Tuesday (Sept. 9).

 

The lecture given by Dr. Marahanni Karla B. Macatanong, anesthesiologist and Head of the JRBGH Patient Safety Office and Ancillary Services was in line with the celebration of World Patient Safety Day.

 

Dr. Macatanong’s lecture entitled ‘Speaking Up for Safety: Every Voice Matters’ highlights the role of communication between patients and healthcare workers to ensure patient safety.
