THE City Bantay Asin Task Force (CBATF) met on Tuesday (Sept. 9) to conduct assessment on its accomplishments and strategies in order to realign and bolster their local nutrition campaign.

 

Presided by City Nutrition Action Officer (CNAO) Caroline A. Cabunoc, RND, the meeting focused on reviewing and approving previous agreements, presenting activity reports, and planning future initiatives.

 

Highlights of the meeting included the presentation of 2024 CBATF activities by Aprel Fe S. Suico, CNPC, and the discussion of the 2025 Plan of Activities led by Kenneth Janne M. Mandaya, CNPC.

 

The task force also tackled the re-organization of CBATF to further streamline operations and ensure effective implementation of nutrition programs.

 

In addition, feedback from the Monitoring and Evaluation of Local Level Plan Implementation (MELLPI) was presented and discussed, providing valuable insights for improving monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for local nutrition initiatives. (NLB/CIO/photos courtesy of the City Nutrition Committee)
