ACTING on a complaint by several parents, Cagayan de Oro City Hall’s Regulatory Compliance Board (RCB) issued an Ordinance Violation Receipt (OVR) to Internet shop owners in Macanhan, Barangay Carmen for operating without a business permit and allowing minors to enter their shops late at night.
