Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy led City Hall officials including Councilor Roger Abaday—who represented the 21st City Council in his capacity as chairman of the council’s public order and safety committee— in a guided tour by the Philippine Navy of their combat vessel the BRP Miguel Malvar on Friday (Sept. 19).
