CAGAYAN de Oro City Hall through their City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department (CDRRMD) deployed their Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) team to beef up the search and retrieval operations for victims of the flooding that hit Valencia City in Bukidnon province last Wednesday (Sept. 17).

 

The USAR team underwent a pre-departure briefing on Friday (Sept. 19) for the operation. The Office of Civil Defense asked Mayor Rolando 'Klarex' Uy for assistance in locating several missing persons. (AGP/Photos by CDRRMD)
