Lakip sa mga gitanyag ang kabahin sa "Leading with Heart and Excellence in the changing world of work," “Shaping the Future of Public Service through LEADership Excellence”, “LEAD to Succeed: Excellence through Performance Management” ug "The Power of Purpose: Heart and Excellence in Public Service."

 

Ang mga resource speakers mao sila si Civil Service Commission Region X Director III Atty. Cosette Maglasang-Mundo, Atty. Michael B. Roa, LGU-Malaybalay Career and Performance Division Head Dr. Sansehry B. Delos Santos ug F5. Coke Daryl S. Prieto.

 

Samtang, misalmot sa kalihokan sila si HR Overseer Sheila Lumbatan, mga personahe sa HRMO pinangulohan ni Xsyclyn Faith "Kansai" Lumbatan, City Administrator Atty. Roy Hilario Raagas kinsa mirepresentar ni Mayor Klarex Uy.
