Two of three Internet shops in Barangay Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City were issued an Ordinance Violation Receipt (OVR) by personnel of City Hall's Regulatory Compliance Board (RCB) for operating without a business permit and for failure to block porn sites.
The RCB inspection took place on Monday (Oct.27). The RCB appealed to the owners of all businesses to secure pertinent papers to avoid penalties./Text and photos by Reynan Baylin
