NEARLY 200 persons completed the one-day ‘Filipino Brand of Service Excellence’ training session held at the City Tourism Hall on Thursday (Nov. 13) .
The training was conducted by the Department of Tourism (DOT-10) regional office in partnership with the City Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office headed by Acting City Tourism Officer Mark Kenneth Jalapadan.
