CAGAYAN de Oro City Hall through their Community Improvement Division (CID) was given the 2025 Regional Rafael M. Salas Kaunlarang Pantao Award by the Commission on Population and Development Region-10 after securing first place under the City Category to win the honor.

 

Representing Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy was City Administrator Atty. Roy Raagas, who cited the pivotal role of unified local governance and cross-sector coordination in ensuring inclusive progress for the city.

 

The award signifies CID’s dedication to uplifting communities through inclusive leadership, people-centered development, and long-term progress.
