DAKONG garbo sa siyudad human gi-ila ang Cagayan de Oro City pinaagi sa City Council for the Protection of Children (CCPC) nga lakip sa mga awardees sa 2023 Seal of Child-Friendly Local Governance (SCFLG) atol sa conferment ceremony nga gipangulohan sa Department of Social Welfare and Development – Field Office 10 (DSWD-10) uban sa Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC) adlaw’ng biyernes, Nobyembre 14, diha sa Pearlmont Hotel, ning siyudad.

 

Mismo sila City Social Welfare and Development (CSWD) Department ubos ni CSWD Officer Anecia Tongson, Child Protection Focal Person Arcelie Brigole uban sa Regional Child Representative sa CCPC si Tony Grant Uy ug Marieta Encallado representante sa City Department of Interior and Local Government ang midawat sa maong plaque of recognition.

 

Ang siyudad usa lamang sa 53 ka local government units sa tibuok Northern Mindanao nga nakatungtong sa standards sa child-friendly governance, diin ang Cagayan de Oro mi-stand out isip usa sa mga major cities nga kanunay ‘ng komitado sa child protection ug development.

 

Ang Seal of Child-Friendly Local Governance usa ka tinuig nga inisyatiba sa DSWD nga nagdasig sa accountability sa pagmugna og luwas (safe), mapinanggaon (nurturing), ug pagahum sa komunidad alang sa matag bata.
