FROM barangay budgets to a P99 million donation from the national government to the city owned JR Borja General Hospital (JRBGH), the 21st City Council approved these measures in their regular Monday afternoon (Feb. 2) session presided by Vice Mayor Jocelyn Rodriguez.

The items they approved in their agenda are as follows:

 

1.a. Proposed Resolution No. 2026-229 -A resolution declaring as operative in its entirety, effective on the date fixed therein, Ordinance No. 01-001-2026, Series of 2026, of the Barangay Council of Patag, covering its Annual Budget for CY 2026 with an estimated income of P25,105,387.00.

 

1.b. Proposed Resolution No. 2026-230-A resolution declaring as operative in its entirety, effective on the date fixed therein, Ordinance No. 001-S-2026 of the Barangay Council of Carmen, covering its Annual Budget for CY 2026 with an estimated income of P128,053,275.00.

 

1.c. Proposed Resolution No. 2026-231-A resolution declaring as operative in its entirety, effective on the date fixed therein, Ordinance No. 1-2026, Series of 2026, of the Barangay Council of Barangay No. 35, covering its Annual Budget for CY 2026 with an estimated income of P7,122,516.00.

 

1.d. Proposed Resolution No. 2026-232-A resolution declaring as operative in its entirety, effective on the date fixed therein, Ordinance No. 01, Series of 2026, of the Barangay Council of Barangay No. 34, covering its Annual Budget for CY 2026 with an estimated income of P4,443,959.00.

 

2.a. Proposed Resolution No. 2026-233-A resolution declaring as operative in its entirety, effective on the date fixed therein, Resolution No. 2026-002, Series of 2026, of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Macasandig, covering its Annual Budget for CY 2026 with an estimated income of P3,577,685.00.

 

2.b. Proposed Resolution No. 2026-234-A resolution declaring as operative in its entirety, effective on the date fixed therein, Resolution No. 150, Series of 2026, of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Pagatpat, covering its Annual Budget for CY 2026 with an estimated income of P2,239,557.00.

 

3. Proposed Resolution No. 2026-235-A resolution declaring as operative in its entirety, effective on the date fixed therein, Resolution No. 004-01-2024 of the Barangay Council of Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City, authorizing Punong Barangay Romeo R. Bacarro to sign and enter into a Deed of Donation in behalf of the Barangay Council of Tablon for a portion of land owned by the Local Government Unit of Tablon and situated at Purok No. 1 thereof.

 

4. Proposed Resolution No. 2026-236-A resolution adopting and strongly endorsing to the concerned government agencies and officials, or referring to the appropriate City Council standing committees, the resolutions adopted by the Rotary Youth City Council Batch 2025 for favorable consideration and appropriate action.

 

5. Proposed Ordinance No. 2026-191-An ordinance authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Rolando A. Uy, representing the City Government of Cagayan de Oro as Donee, to sign the Deed of Donation and Acceptance with the Office of the President, represented by Senior Deputy Executive Secretary Maria Luwalhati C. Dorotan Tiuseco, covering financial assistance in the amount of P99,459,820.75 for the procurement of various medical equipment for use at the J.R.
