The Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC) has downgraded yesterday its alert status from Code Red to Code Yellow, thus, the region’s Covid-19 referral hospital is now operating at 30% capacity dedicated to treat admitted positive patients, according to Mayor Oscar Moreno in today’s press briefing at City Hall.
“That’s a good sign,” an elated Mayor Moreno said, adding that the NMMC could now concentrate to address elective cases, and further expand other hospital services that were temporarily stopped when cases in Cagayan de Oro City and the entire region surged a month ago. (IAF/CIO file photo)
