The Citizens’ Charter of the City Government of Cagayan de Oro is a vital instrument for the constituents of the city to be informed of the services it delivers and guides them of the processes and procedures to avail of these services.

This instrument is empowering as it provides the public ease in transacting with their local government.

I commend the whole bureaucracy for coming up with an updated Citizens’ Charter. It also guarantees that these services are all delivered efficiently.
