Written by Stephen Capillas
A 24-hour hotline for complaints and requests for assistance and a 72-hour (three days) deadline on City Hall departments to finish transactions with the public.

These were some of the directives issued by Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy to City Hall department heads and employees during Monday’s flag-raising ceremony, his first as the city’s chief executive.

(But don’t be worried nor grieve because you’re near to me. Even the lowliest worker, we are both public servants. If you have any concerns, wherever you find me, don’t be afraid, don’t be embarrassed to approach and talk to me because your concerns are important for me to address),’ Mayor Klarex said in Visayan to City Hall employees and department heads.
