"Importante kaayo ang side sa legislative tungod kay naa man gyud ang katunga sa unsay gusto sa executive tungod kay legislative man nga side maoy mohatag sa katumanan pinaagi sa polisiya, ordinansa ug resolusyon," Raagas said.
He added that regardless of the political agenda, as Kagay-anons, their hearts and minds are one in working for the betterment of Cagayan de Oro.

The ELA is a unifying document corresponding to the term of local elective officials that is developed and mutually agreed upon by both the executive and legislative departments of the local government unit. The ELA supports existing planning systems and adds greater value to LGU-mandated plans (e.g., CDP) by moving them forward to being implemented and monitored. (JAS-CIO/photos by Jay Arancon)
