Majority Floor Leader Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, who represented Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy, has expressed his commitment to support the ‘Smart and Sustainable Cities and Communities’ initiatives of the Department of Science and Technology.
The formulation of the comprehensive development plan aimed at transforming Cagayan de Oro City into becoming a ‘Smart City’ is part of the present administration’s RISE CDO platform of governance.
Aside from City Councilor Nacaya, present in yesterday's gathering were Iligan City Mayor Franklin W. Siao, Oroquieta City Mayor Lemuel Meyrick M. Acosta, Malaybalay City Mayor Jay Warren R.
