Ganting salapi nga P75,000, P60,000 ug P50,000 ang naangkon sa champion, first runner up ug second runner up sa maong kompetisyon nga gisalmotan sa kapin 1,000 ka mga estudyante sa pampublikong elementarya isip usa sa mga core events sa Higalaay Festival 2023.

 

Ang siyam ka competing contingents mao ang CDO Arnis Team, Bulua Central School, East City Central School, West City Central School, South City Central School, Puerto Elementary School, Balulang Elementary School, Macabalan Elementary School ug Bongbongon Elementary School.
